Color: Rich Dark Brown
Nose: Rich oak and warm vanilla lead the way, followed by deep caramel and touch of Cinnamon spice. As it opens in the glass, sweetness builds beneath the oak, giving the nose a bold but inviting character.
Palate: A wave of sweet maple hits the front of the palate, followed by rich vanilla and caramel. The 10% rye makes itself known through the middle with a true cinnamon spice that balances the sweetness and carries the full 122 proof beautifully. Finish Long, warm, and lingering. The cinnamon spice slowly fades into a distinct dark cherry note, leaving behind vanilla, seasoned oak, and a touch of maple sweetness.
Finish: Bold, sweet, and unapologetically full proof. Maple and vanilla up front, rye driven cinnamon through the middle and a long cherry finish. Whiskey Odin - DRINK LIKE A LEGEND.
